Getting hooked by thoughts, feelings and behaviours that don’t serve us – is a tendency, associated with a range of psychological ills including depression, anxiety or even burn outs. During this event we will teach you how to become more flexible with your thoughts and feelings so that you could respond optimally to every day situations.


  • 9 PM - Welcome word and admission to the event
  • 9:15 PM - Guided meditation
  • 9:45 PM - Share-back session
  • 10 PM - Event closing 

Please note: Event room will be closed from 9:15 PM due to a start of meditation, please, be in time out of respect to other participants.
