How do you evaluate the importance of Trust to your organisation? Does your leadership style foster Trust in your teams during a post-Covid recovery? This session is dedicated to re-learning Leadership as we work remotely now.
Time & Place
Mar 29, 2023, 11:00 AM – 11:30 AM GMT+2
Price Waterhouse Coopers conducted a study in 2016 in the United States with senior executives. Even before Covid, 55 per cent of executives admitted that a lack of trust was a hindrance to their business. Above all, they had no idea how to fix this reality.
Since then, remote work evolved by pandemic have disrupted professional relationships; distrust has developed further, affecting motivation, staff turnover, and the meaning attached to work. A typical manifestation is the "silent quiet".
Crises increase the need for leaders to support their teams, help them overcome challenges and thus remain productive. Long before managerial skills, the first component of leadership success is their ability to cultivate trust.
During this session, you will learn about the 5 keys to managing through trust:
- Principles of trust-based management and its assessment tools
- The virtuous circle of trust and its 9 activation dimensions
This session will be useful for leaders aiming to improve professional and personal relations. And it will give you food for thought about how to redefine the hierarchy in your management when your influence over others is reduced in a remote work environment.
