Our Weekly Peer Coaching Group brings together international professionals who are navigating career transition and want to learn from others facing similar challenges. In a confidential, professionally facilitated online session, we discuss current labour market trends, recruitment practices, networking strategies, interview experiences and practical actions that help participants move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

This is not a CV writing workshop, nor is it therapy. It is a structured peer learning experience where professionals exchange ideas, share successes and setbacks, challenge each other's thinking, and leave every session with practical insights, new perspectives and clear actions for the week ahead.

Since 2022, Bevel has been supporting internationally mobile professionals navigating career transition through practical career strategy, self-leadership and professional development. Since 2023, the programme has also been delivered through Bevel ON, Bevel's Swiss social impact association, offering subsidised participation for vulnerable communities, including displaced professionals and individuals facing financial hardship. Together, Bevel and Bevel ON have supported nearly 300 professionals in rebuilding their careers and confidence through learning, mentoring and the power of community.
