This retreat is for you if you went through a loss of self. You have no energy, no confidence, sense of direction is absent, there is an obvious disconnect between your body, mind and emotions, you just want to figure out where you go next and overcome this toxic pain or order to live normal life again. And you might be functioning well on the outside — working, parenting, managing life — but inside, something feels fragmented. This retreat is not about analysing the past relationship. It is about coming back into yourself — physically, emotionally, and mentally.
