About

At every age, stage and position in life, you are asked to explain your decisions, motivations, objectives and methods. It is important to reconfirm that decisions you make are based on your true intentions. During this session, we invite you to come back to yourself and create harmony between your decisions and your true intentions. You will meet your true self and realign what holds the most value.

Registration is free.

It's an evening mindfulness event in calm and peaceful environment, which will help you refocus your daily priorities.

Agenda:

  • 9 PM - Welcome word and admission to the event
  • 9:15 PM - Guided meditation
  • 9:45 PM - Share-back session
  • 10 PM - Event closing

Please note: Event room will be closed from 9:15 PM due to a start of meditation, please, be in time out of respect to other participants.
